Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: American Canyon, CA
Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.00
Job Type: Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Description of Position:
As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for various tasks including onboarding new customers, processing orders, resolving shipment issues, coordinating special projects, and communicating with customers regarding account matters. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Onboard new customers and ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently into the AMS system.
Investigate and resolve all mis-shipments reported by customers.
Coordinate with the special projects manager to handle customer's special projects.
Educate customers on company policies and procedures, providing assistance as needed.
Monitor and resolve aging orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Send monthly breakage reports to customers and address any concerns they may have.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and account holds, providing support as needed.
Qualifications:

Ability to interact well with customers and project a positive helpful demeanor.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
Proficient in professional email correspondence.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience Required:

Previous Customer service clerical experience
