Customer Service Representative
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience. Computerized record keeping and data base systems, bookkeeping and cash handling experience is desirable.
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D. and some training or coursework in accounting and record keeping.
Do you have customer service experience? This is a great long term temporary position working with a government agency. This job opportunity could last until April 2023, but cold extend longer if there is still a need.
Essential on the job responsibilities will include:
- File, scan, and copy paperwork
- Cashier at front counter
- Handle payments (including mail payments)
- Assist customers with questions about billing for water
- Balance cash to paperwork
- Call customers and retrieve voicemails from customers
