Our client who rents fine linens nationwide, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their growing team. We are looking for someone that is able to build upon the relationships with their clients and has a professional demeanor. This position will be based in Napa. The primary role will be to communicate with all customers regarding upcoming, past, and prospective orders. You will be a brand ambassador assisting clients on beautiful events.

-Connect with customers through email, phone, and in person consultations at the showroom in Napa
-Responsible for regular back and forth communication with customers as well as troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues on orders
-Provides support to showroom staff including the Sales team
-Provide exceptional, proactive customer service and always be willing to pitch in where needed
-Assist with design and general questions
-Place and update orders for clients; answer order related questions
-Showroom maintenance and upkeep
-Foster and build relationships with clients

-Excellent multi-tasker
-Passion for high end customer service
-Eye for design and enthusiasm for events
-Natural ability to build rapport and create client relationships
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-Customer service industry experience such as in events, rental, hotels, or wedding planning
-General knowledge of Microsoft online (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
