Description of Position:
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales & Service Representatives. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in outbound sales via telephone, text, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. This is a base plus commission position, offering growth opportunities based on performance. Join us and become an integral part of our sales team!
Description of Company:
We are an insurance group located in Livermore, California. Our company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance options. This is a temp to hire position where you could earn up to $920/week, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls, send text messages, and emails to potential clients
- Explain our services and address client inquiries
- Provide brief information about IRS Tax Credits to potential clients
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain a detailed log of contacts in our company database
Experience Required:
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
- Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or telemarketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and sales knowledge
- Basic Microsoft computer skills and familiarity with email, Excel, and video conferencing programs
- Previous experience working with CRM systems or programs; familiarity with HubSpot is highly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired
