Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Sacramento, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $20-$20.93/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Customer Service Representative? We are seeking a professional and customer focused individual to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquires, concerns, and service requests. This role is ideal for someone who remains clam under pressure and is committed to delivering excellent service. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive experience across all communication channels. This role also supports resident services and administrative tasks related to property operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquires via phone, email, and in person
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Process work orders, applications, and service requests
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Experience Required:
- Must have property management experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
