  • Education/Experience: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years’ experience in the food or relevant manufacturing industry.
  •  Must have a strong Costing background and analytical skills. 
  • Team-oriented and independently motivated with strong leadership skills, a can-do attitude towards work and co-workers in all essential job

Our ideal candidate will be confident in accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints and tracing costs back to underlying activities. In addition, assisting with the month-end close, external audits, and other accounting projects as assigned. Embraces a sense of urgency and collaborative work ethos that creates strong relationships within the department and cross-functionally while ensuring business adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day cost accounting operations
  • Verifying and Processing of production orders
  • Reconciles all inventories (Raw Materials, Ingredients, WIP and Finished Goods)
  • Investigates inventory discrepancies and providing corrective actions
  • Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production cost
  • Assist in Updating Bill of Materials and Overhead Costs
