? General Administration.
? Generate and enhance high levels of member wellbeing.
? Act as brand ambassador, embodying the ethos, philosophies and spirit of the company and how they conduct themselves with members at all times.
? Building relationships with members, super serving them with care and attention.
? Identifying and acting on opportunities to connect members.
? Work with the team to assess growth opportunities.
? Taking immediate action to resolve any issues encountered in the space.
? Monitoring service trends by engaging with the internal team and members.
? Assisting in event management, from marketing to working events.
? A charismatic, amiable individual with 3+ years of customer facing experience in the luxury hospitality, lifestyle or retail sectors.
? An expert relationship builder, able to charm and interact with new people in any social setting, as well as maintaining a strong personal network.
? A passionate team player with excellent drive, fantastic presentation and impeccable phone manner, as well as a natural aptitude for customer service
? Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
? Four-year degree from an accredited university.
? Experience with Photoshop and InDesign.
