Civil Division Records Specialist
Job Location: Sacramento, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $21.05-$28.74/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Civil Division Records Specialist to support multiple clerical and administrative functions within the Civil Division. This position plays a critical role in processing legal documents, managing customer interactions, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in case processing using the County software. Ideal candidate will have strong clerical experience, data entry skills, and the ability to work across various desks with professionalism and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers providing excellent public service
Time stamp incoming documents
Accept in person payments on levies
Strong clerical, data entry, and administrative skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage time sensitive documents
Description of Position:
You will be supporting a government agency in a city in the Sacramento County, dedicated to serving the community with efficiency and integrity. As a part of this agency, you'll be contributing to the smooth operation and delivery of vital services, ensuring that the needs of the community are met effectively and professionally.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a legal or government office preferred
Ability to multitask across different responsibilities and desks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with legal documents and procedures a plus
