We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited about a new arena of the wine industry. As a fast paced company you will be performing many tasks (some of which are outlined below). A successful candidate must be able to multi-task, work efficiently, communicate clearly, have a high degree of attention to detail and enjoy working with a small team. You will be based at our Napa production facility.

Key responsibilities:

Support production team under supervision of the Production Manager
Tank, kegging line and equipment sanitation
Kegging line operation while adhering to SOP
Perform analyses on wines including FS02, DO, DCO2
Lab Experience a plus
Wine adjustments based on analyses
Understand sterility and handling of finished wines
Bulk wine management
Knowledge of production schedule to become self-directing
Wine receiving: unloading full tanks and offloading wines
Accurate documentation and record keeping
Forklift operation, maintenance and safety

Minimum Qualifications:

Cellar experience preferred
Extremely detailed oriented
Must be able to clearly speak and write in English and perform basic math
Able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and ladders, and be able to lift 60 lbs
Required to wear a harness and PPE when necessary
High school diploma or GED required
Consistently strong work ethic
Team player


This position reports to our Production Manager. Some overtime hours are required based on workflow and scheduling.
