Cellar Worker - Operator

Sonoma - Permanent - $19-21/hour

Tuesday-Friday (4x10) | 4am-2:30pm

Maintain the cellar and all cellar equipment in clean, organized (5S), operating order
Accurately makes wine adjustments (DO, CO2, SO2)
Loading/unloading tanker trucks
