Bookkeeper - Part Time

Job Description
- Bookkeeper will oversee deposits.
- Will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL reconciliations, journal entries, month end reports, trial balance reports, and payroll.
- The position also requires understanding and preparation of payroll and sales tax quarterly reports, GL year end recaps, profit sharing and 401k year end spreadsheets for pension actuary.
- Will need to be versed in Microsoft Office, Access, QuickBooks, Microsoft Great Plains or a similar software equivalent.
