Job Location: Modesto, California
Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Description of Position:
Are you meticulous and detail-oriented? We're seeking a Billing Specialist for a seasonal position from June to October at our Modesto office. Responsibilities include sorting, processing, scanning, and billing freight bills, along with coordinating with other billing personnel. The role may extend as needed, and occasional weekend overtime may be required.

Responsibilities include sorting, processing, scanning, and billing freight bills, along with coordinating with other billing personnel. The role may extend as needed, and occasional weekend overtime may be required.
- Learn and follow the billing process
- Review, match, scan, and attach supporting paperwork to loads
- Generate customer invoices
- Process driver/interliner load pay for each load
- Complete all other assigned tasks within the billing department

Experience Required:
- Two years minimum billing experience, preferably within the transportation industry
- Experience using TruckMate software preferred but not required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree including accounting coursework from an accredited college or university preferred
