Job Location: American Canyon, California
Pay Rate: $23-$26/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will oversee the full cycle of the staffing process, ensuring that client needs are met with the right candidates. This role involves managing job orders, scheduling, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You'll play a critical role in coordinating placements, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and thrives on delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and Recruit: Identify and recruit qualified candidates for various job openings.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate onboarding and provide orientation to new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Job Orders and Recruitment: Proactively fill open job orders and initiate new recruitment efforts.
- Engage with Job Seekers: Actively engage with job seekers and maintain relationships with placements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on positive interaction and support.
- Proficient in computer use with the ability to quickly learn new systems and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position is required
- Previous experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) is required
- Experience in staffing and recruiting is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required
