Energy company in Sonoma County is expanding and looking for an eager employee who wants to grow in the company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, intermediate in word, excel, and outlook, and have prior receptionist experience.

Will be a plus if bilingual in Spanish and English.

JOB DUTIES:
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
-Take and relay messages
-Provide information to callers
-Greet persons entering organization
-Deal with queries from the public and customers
-Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
-Provide general administrative and clerical support
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Organize conference and meeting room bookings
-Tidy and maintain the reception area

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school degree
-Strong verbal and written communication
-Able to multi-task
-Prior experience as a front desk/receptionist

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 9am to 4pm
Friday: 9am to 1pm
