The Assistant Commerical Property Manager will assist within the Marin/Sonoma County area. This position will report to the Commerical Property Manager and is located in Novato.

-Knowledge of all standard company commercial property management and administrative procedures
-Strong attention to detail, accurate filing, and record keeping. Quality communicator, conflict resolution
-Create and update lease abstract sheets for each tenant.
-Handle phone calls from tenants and vendors
-Update vendor lists
-Meet with tenants to address their needs
-Order products and services from various vendors and oversee installations
-Handle key distributions with accuracy, logging in all keys leaving the office and placing return key tags on them
-Complete property observation reports monthly
-Procedure writing - ensure all systems and procedures are documented for all aspects of work being completed
-Create and maintain all Tenant lease Abstract Files
-Forward files to finance team when changes occur

-Knowledge of commercial real estate, state & federal fair housing & discrimination laws helpful
-Strong Excel and Word skills; (Yardi Voyager - a plus).
-Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
-Quality customer service skills.
-Valid driver's license, reliable transportation for properties in Marin and Sonoma Counties.
-4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
-California Real Estate License & Contractors License a plus.
-Be able to fit well within a team environment
Reliability, attention to detail and able to multi task (organization skills and customer service are important also).
