Job Location: Santa Rosa, California
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour
Job Type: Long Term Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
We are seeking an Administrative Aide for a 90-day assignment, with potential for extension based on operational needs. Responsibilities include generating existing reports, compiling data into reports, managing operator applications and annual renewals, organizing documents, drafting standard operating procedures with subject matter experts, and other related tasks.

Experience Required:
- Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable, along with proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in administrative support roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
