- Answer Incoming calls - routing accordingly and assist walk-in customers
- Customer invoice and collections
- General Clerical Duties for the company include filing, scanning, sorting mail, and data entry.
- Maintain office files including billing and invoicing accounts and compile Excel spreadsheets
- Have general admin experience, including phones, email, excel, and some data entry
- 2 years of accounting experience.
