Pay Rate: $75,000 - $125,000; unlimited commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm

About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to drive sales of Bolt’s staffing, payroll, direct placement, employer-of-record, and compliance consulting services across Northern California. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that combines sales, account management, and business development. You’ll spend your time out in the field, building relationships, closing deals, and helping clients solve workforce challenges.
This isn’t just a “sales” role it’s a chance to make a real difference for local businesses while earning top-tier compensation.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue & Account Growth
- Sell Bolt services including temporary staffing, payroll, direct placement, and compliance solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and close accounts weekly.
- Reactivate former clients and maintain existing client relationships.
- Track revenue, gross profit, and other key financial performance metrics.
Build Relationships & Solve Problems
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
- Conduct client site inspections, service calls, and troubleshooting.
- Penetrate accounts at multiple levels to drive growth and client satisfaction.
- Attend client events, lunches, and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
Strategic Sales & Planning
- Create and manage a pipeline through daily prospecting and networking events.
- Collaborate with recruiting staff to ensure proper service delivery.
- Identify RFP opportunities, draft proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to uncover new opportunities for growth.
Operational Excellence
- Enter job orders into ATS and update client information in CRM.
- Rank and prioritize job orders and ensure after-hours service coverage.
- Track activity metrics including client meetings, referrals, and account penetration.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives independently and in team settings.
- Reliable transportation for in-field client visits.
