Our client is seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of duties including servicing customer calls, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, filling, scanning, and basic administrative duties. This position will also involve accounting experience with billing and collection calls.

Ideal candidates will be confident in the primary duties of coordinating customer phone calls, collections, and data reconciliation. This position could earn up to $1000/week where a higher pay rate would be considered for anyone with prior Customer Service experience.

On the job responsibilities will include:
  • Answer Incoming calls and assist with walk in customers
  • General Clerical Duties for the company include filing, scanning, sorting mail, and data entry.
  • Maintain office files including billing and invoicing accounts.
  • Compile Excel spreadsheets

Seeking a self-motivated CSR to perform a variety of duties including servicing customer calls, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, filling, scanning, and basic administrative tasks. 

CSR's primary duties are coordinating customer phone calls, collections, and data reconciliation. 
The ideal candidate has 2 years of accounting experience. 

Responsibilities: 

-Answer Incoming calls and assist in routing accordingly
-Assist walk-in customers 
-Customer invoice and collections
-Entering Work Orders
-Assist Dispatch when needed
-Enter order updates into the system
-General Clerical Duties for the company include filing, scanning, sorting mail, and data entry.
-Maintain office files including billing and invoicing accounts.
-Compile Excel spreadsheets
-Reconcile data with other locations.
