Pay Rate: $29-$32/hour
Job Type: Long Term Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5:30pm
Description of Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Housing Specialist to join our team in Fairfield, California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in administering various assisted housing programs by collecting, reviewing, and verifying applicant and tenant information. Key responsibilities include determining eligibility, calculating rents, processing housing forms and documents, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will coordinate rent payments and provide essential support to ensure efficient housing operations.

- Proficiency in general office support tasks and operating standard office equipment.
- Ability to collect, compile, and organize information for various housing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
