Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Are you experienced in working with concrete or construction? Join our team in Napa, California, where you'll play a vital role in our concrete production process. Key responsibilities include:
Are you experienced in working with concrete or construction? Join our team in Napa, California, where you'll play a vital role in our concrete production process. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in pouring concrete during production
- Cleaning and setting up concrete forms for various products
- Applying solution and sealing compounds during production (Patching)
- Repairing defects in concrete surfaces, using mortar or grout and trowel, and smoothing rough spots (Patching)

- Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment
- Commitment to working safely and adhering to company policies
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
