Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

As a Customer Service Data Entry specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating and processing sales orders, ensuring seamless communication between various departments, field sales personnel, and external suppliers. This position primarily involves meticulous data entry tasks, requiring acute attention to detail, especially as each customer may have unique order specifications. Additionally, proficiency in converting weights from pounds to kilograms is essential. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to different software platforms and demonstrate a quick learning ability.

Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to varying work demands
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; experience in commodity/chemical/food environments preferred
