Job Location: San Bernardino, California
Pay Rate: $26-$26.44/hour
Job Type: Long Term Temporary
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Fiscal Specialist for an assignment in our Accounts Payable Section. Responsibilities include reviewing, reconciling, and entering Purchase Order invoice documents for payment. This role involves verbal and written communication with various departments and detailed review of CAL-Card (credit card) packets to ensure compliance with policy. The Fiscal Specialist will also liaise with other departments regarding missing or non-compliant items.

Experience Required:
- Two (2) years of full-time fiscal clerical experience
- Proficient in reviewing, reconciling, and maintaining fiscal/accounting records
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with financial software and systems is preferred
