Compliance Specialist
Job Location: Windsor, California
Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour
Job Type: Long Term Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Description of Position:
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for the timely creation and maintenance of all customer and vendor information and files as required by applicable regulations and customer protocols. The Compliance Specialist must possess and maintain a high level of analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail in order to execute accurately, timely, and in accordance with rules and regulations. Responsibilities include:
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for the timely creation and maintenance of all customer and vendor information and files as required by applicable regulations and customer protocols. The Compliance Specialist must possess and maintain a high level of analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail in order to execute accurately, timely, and in accordance with rules and regulations. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating all current required product Quality and Food Safety documentation
- Ensuring limited liability documentation is updated as necessary
- Preparing, documenting, and shipping samples, maintaining current sample lists for sales division managers

Experience Required:
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with numbers
- College degree preferred and/or applicable expertise with a minimum of two years of experience in compliance or quality assurance
- Working knowledge of Food Safety related regulations and laboratory methods are preferred
