Job Location: Sonoma, California
Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Description of Position:
Join our team at a well-established winemaking and bottling facility in Sonoma, California! We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to take charge of the start-up procedures, ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintain equipment and supplies inventory, and assist with bottling and quality control. This role involves bottling start-up procedures, including steam sterilization checks, and maintaining a clean and organized cellar. If you have experience in wine production or similar industries and a keen eye for quality, we want to hear from you.

Experience Required:
- Experience running machines and identifying errors.
- Knowledge of wine production or similar industries is a plus.
- Rudimentary QA/QC knowledge
- Previous experience as a lead or manager
- Previous filtration experience
- Worked on a high speed bottling line previously
