Description of Position: 

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality and numbers? We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our upscale hotel in Napa, California. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting functions during the overnight shift. Your primary responsibilities will include checking in guests, handling guest requests, taking reservations, responding to guest complaints and emergencies, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the cash drawer.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Experience with accounting and facilities management software.
• Excellent math skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
• The capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight.
