Job Location: Vallejo, California
Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Description of Position:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization? We're looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily activities will include preparing, organizing, and filing information in both paper and digital formats, providing top-notch customer service to vendors via phone and email, scheduling services and inspections, and efficiently arranging orders while tracking deliveries. You'll also play a vital role in typing up reports, particularly using Microsoft Excel.

Experience Required:
- Proficiency in updating and maintaining accurate computer records using a database.
- Competence in office tasks such as printing, photocopying, and laminating.
- A good understanding of record-keeping and invoices.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
- Previous experience with forklift operation and administrative tasks will be advantageous.
- Must be over the age of 21
