Essential functions of position are:

Supply Chain/Logistics (65%):
-Maintain bottling schedule and coordinate with 5 facilities throughout CA.
-Arrange deliveries and schedule trucking of bulk wine and case goods (glass, bottling trucking etc).
-Oversee case goods inventory, warehouse transfers, and perform monthly reconciliations.
-Oversee dry goods procurement, delivery, track and reconciliation.
-Manage all packaging specifications for each SKU and reflect on case goods bottling schedule.
-Order label proofs and final labels, verify legal compliance and scheduling,
-Data entry for bulk wine tracking and costing.
-Analyze and manage packaging costs towards cost reduction and simplification (but no pricing factors).
-Develop and implement programs to support production planning.

Legal Compliance (10%):
-Process all required forms for label approvals and registrations.
-Liaison with Compliance service provider and state licensing agencies.
-File COLA's and track progress; ensure all new wine labels are approved and that all licensing is correct.
-Manage database of storage, processing, grape purchase and bulk wine contracts.

Bulk Wine Program (25%):
-Winemaker's Database, data entry and monthly reconciliations of wine located in wineries throughout Valley.
-Harvest weigh tag processing, in house reporting and CDFA crush reporting.

-BS Degree in Business or any related field, with 5+ years experience in supply chain management.
-Budget, project management and supply chain experience.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel.

A local refinery has multiple openings for Data Entry Specialists (or known as Timekeepers) to work on their upcoming turnaround. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry (10-key by touch preferred) with a background in Accounts Payable. This position requires being available to work overtime and weekends. Previous Track experience is a plus.

This is a sedentary position requiring employees to sit for a long period of time. If work is slow for the day, then it is possible that the employee will get sent home for the day. Work is rarely slow during the actual turnaround.


TWIC strongly preferred but not mandatory.
