Our client in Solano County is looking for a Level I Project Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for processing, tracking, and coordinating manufacturing projects. This will start from the point of order delivery and move through purchasing, production, and until delivery to the job site. There will be a lot of data entry, monitoring, and phone/email interaction. This person needs to be even, steady, and consistent as they will be serving as the main point of contact between the customer and the plant.

-Oversee projects from start to finish
-Establish and maintain positive relationships with customer, and ensure timely follow through on all tasks
-Review, clarify, process, and manage cutlist orders
-Confirm credit approval and/or payment arrangements have been approved
-Obtain color selection and cutlist from customer in time to meet the production schedule
-Submit coil order requests to Purchasing
-Communicate with customers on a regular basis so projects flow through the system and into production
-Update the schedule regularly and communicate project changes to all departments
-Confirm Bill of Material released to production matches the Sales Order Acknowledgement signed and approved by customers
-Keep Warranty Log updated with customer complaints

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong customer service skills including conflict resolution and consistent follow through
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to effectively establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi tasking
-Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
-Strong organization and customer service
-Have precise accuracy with data entry
-Basic construction terminology
