-Responsible for overseeing Custom Packaging Center (CPC) areas of planning, allocation, production, routing and shipping.
-Create production schedules for all CPC's in USA
-Facilitate daily Demand and Operations Planning meetings (DnOP/SnOP)
-Administer production in alignment with a profound and deep understanding of system tools available such as MicroSoft Dynamics, etc.
-Coordinate the flow of inbound orders through outbound shipments in the most efficient and profitable manner.
-Prioritize order fulfillment execution
-Maintain on-going communication between waiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, routing and shipping functions while promoting professional customer service.
-Present current production status and answer questions during the CPC daily recap calls and meetings with all business units
-Co-ordinate and contribute to CPC production calls
-Monitor the flow of allocated orders through all warehouse processes, taking appropriate actions on out of standard issues
-Act to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained for customers
-Partner and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost of operations and improve service level, capacity, productivity and quality.
-Formulate strategies and identify trends through research and data analysis
-Proactively identify opportunities to improve overall performance (including upstream/downstream processes & functions)
-Identify and collaborate on initiatives to improve order fulfillment processes from a cost & service standpoint
-Ensure that the corrective action process is followed and that root causes are identified/actioned
-Fully analyze and drive to root cause elimination on nay order exceptions by business unit such as fill rates, split shipments, etc
-Responsible for ensuring that process improvement opportunities are identified, and that any barriers and issues are raised and communicated in a timely fashion
-Contribute to reviews of outbound freight routing e.G LTL 'vs' TL, monitors and collaborates on feedback to Customers with habitual routing issues.


-5-7 years high volume, big box distribution center management experience
-Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, finance, or industrial engineering preferred
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Warehouse planning with hands on experience is a must
-Previous Automated warehouse experience utilizing Master Scheduling
-Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent ERP package
-Experience using routing WMS systems
-Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP system
-Strong analytical, project management and verbal/written communication skills
-Flexible with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
-Strong decision making and execution skills
-Organized with strong attention to detail
-Positive attitude and a team player
-Strong supervisory and managerial skills
