Local solar company in Sonoma County is looking for an administrative/sales assistant to join their team. This person will work closely with the Operations, Sales and Customer Service teams. JOB DUTIES:
-Handle initial customer contacts
-Gather relevant customer information (address, energy usage, notes, etc.) and enter into CRM system
-Track customer lead data
-Generate basic solar sales proposals
-Create project/customer folders and maintain files
-Complete, submit and track sales contracts
-Work with Procurement, Operations and Sales to oversee project equipment availability, acquisition, and staging
-Recommend equipment alternatives and assist the buyer with bills of materials
-Complete, submit, and track interconnection, financing, rebate and incentive applications
-Complete project close out documentation and ensure all details are final
-Create post project cost accounting and profitability reports and analyze for improvement opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:
-5 year experience in an administrative support role
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-QuickBooks, Adobe Creative Suite, and Energy Toolbase preferred
-Prove track record of high attention to detail and accuracy
-Experience in customer centric environments
-Superb written and verbal communication skills
-Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus
