Our client in Sonoma County is looking to add to its team a bilingual (Spanish/English) administrative assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a consistent schedule and no commute traffic! The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a positive team player, and have a professional appearance.

JOB DUTIES:
-Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
-Receive and direct visitors and clients
-General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
-Retrieve documents from filing system
-Handle requests for information and data
-Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
-Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
-Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
-Maintain office supply inventories

QUALIFICATIONS:
-2+ years experience as an administrative assistant in an office environment
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint on a PC
-Strong verbal and written skills
