A local building service company is in need of help to add on to their human resource team. We are looking for someone who is excited at the prospect of reaching out to new candidates every day and building a pipeline of new staff. This position will also include general human resource duties such as running background checks, entering in new hires, and follow up on incoming employment laws. We are looking for someone that is Bilingual in Spanish and English. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

-Builds and maintains a pipeline of 'ready to work' candidates
-Maintains a positive relationship with all personnel and management
-Comply with all employment laws and standards according to the state and city policies
-Run background checks
-Enters new hires into company database
-Keep HR binders and documents organized and up to date
-Manage new hire paperwork, leave of absence requests forms and termination paperwork
-Conduct new hire orientation and training videos
-Check for accuracy of all new hire forms and documents
-Manage workman compensation claims and issue reports if need be
-Identify key matches between candidates and job openings
-Recruit for all general labor positions and schedule interviews after prescreens
-Keep employment postings up to date on all websites

-Bilingual (Spanish and English)
-Prior HR and/or recruiting experience
-Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
-Able to effectively handle disputes
