The ideal candidate will not only be comfortable working directly with residents and guests, but also possess the strong customer service, communication skills and professionalism the job requires. This position is very hands-on. You must have the willingness and ability to confront matters in a professional manner, working with others to resolve conflicts that may arise during the business day.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: booking reservations, monthly rent collections, bank deposits, coordinating space moves, ensuring compliance with park rules, serving necessary notices to residents and handling any park emergencies that may arise, help administratively with project coordination.
You will not be living on site.
-Property Management: 2 years
-Knowledge of booking software would be a plus

Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour
