Our client in Sonoma is looking for a part time office assistant to join their team during a leave of absence. This person will be providing administrative support as well as minor office management. This interim project will last from 4 to 6 weeks.

Hours will be Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm

JOB DUTIES:
-Manage reception and phones
-Collect mail daily by 1pm
-Sort and copy checks
-Scan invoices
-Create UPS labels as requested
-Maintain jerky samples, mild, and cream (purchase weekly)
-Keep all common areas neat and tidy, check bathrooms (stock), and boardroom
-Assist with ordering catering for meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Prior office or administration experience
-Strong customer service
-Positive attitude
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

Pay Rate: $15-$18/hour
