Our client in Sonoma County is in need of an office administrator to join their local office. We are looking for someone that has stellar customer service, but also has a background in QuickBooks. If you are customer service driven and are looking for a career then this is the position for you!

JOB DUTIES:
-Answer phones and provide estimates to potential clients
-Assist with service calls to customers
-Follow up with existing jobs and confirm that the project is on track
-Provide updates and additional information to the electricians assigned on the projects
-Review emails and texts from vendors, customers, and electricians to properly answer or route to the appropriate parties
-Operate within QuickBooks to input estimates, invoices, and material costs
-Refer to a call sheet to set up appointments between electricians and clients
-Follow up with customers in regards to their scheduled appointments
-Filing and handling reports

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Working knowledge of QuickBooks
-Stellar customer service

Pay Range: $17-$20/hour
-Prior office experience or coordination
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a small office independently
