Our client in Sonoma County is looking for an office administrator to join their team! Join a growing and industry leader for major audio equipment. They have a growing dealer base nationally and internationally.

We are looking for someone to assist in ensuring a smooth process for all customers' orders from entry to invoicing. This positions will report directly to the owners and is a fit for someone who exhibits maturity and good judgement in a business setting.

JOB DUTIES:
-Manage order entry, shipping and invoicing
-Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency as well as compliance to company policies
-Manage product receiving from vendors
-Support software-based bookkeeping procedures
-Track stock levels of product inventory and office supplies and place orders when necessary
-Prepare quotes, reports and estimates as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
-3 to 5 years previous experience in an office setting
-Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office (Outlook and Excel in particular)
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting principles (preferred)
-Capable of managing multiple details accurately
-QuickBooks proficient
-Outstanding customer service
