Our client, a premiere cleanroom design, build, and cleanroom products company is seeking a professional Office Administrator/Executive Assistant to support an office of two people. This local business offers cleanroom products to clientele who needs to maintain a sterile environment. This family business is ran by a husband and wife team in Fairfield. The office is located at their home, but is separated from main house. Essentially they operate as a middle-man, broker, manufacturing representative, and do not directly touch the products. This position directly correlates to a construction billing environment. To be successful in role, candidate must be assertive and have a strong business acumen and aptitude.

The position is required to wear multiple hats. Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Sales and customer service: provide quotes, follow-up on quotes, order communication and coordination
- Billing
- Data entry into QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets
- Account receivables
- Personal assistant tasks (manage personal calendars, schedule appointments, etc...)
- 90% of job will be assisting the Regional Sales Manager
- Coordinate timely delivery and receipt of freight

Required computer and software proficiency:
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- QuickBooks
- Adobe PDF
- Typing (minimum of 45 WPM)
- Microsoft Project - preferred but not required
