Obtains purchase order confirmations, and maintains status logs.
Received daily UPS shipments.
Allocates received parts to the appropriate project or location.
Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
Keeps purchase order and parts status information accessible for quick reference.
Provides purchasing and inventory control updates at company production meetings.
Maintains neatness and organization of stock room shelves.
Oversees EBay store activity.
2+ years of relevant work experience
Intermediate MS Office and general computer proficiency
Quickbooks experience (inventory management system)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Sound analytical and problem solving skills
Extremely detail oriented
Basic math skills
Work in fast paced environment
Willingness to work with others in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Self-motivated and able to mange time efficiently
Must be able to stand, twist, stoop, squat, crouch, and reach above shoulder level on regular basis
Lift a minimum of 35 pounds on regular basis
