Hospitality Staffing Coordinator
BOLT Staffing, Sonoma's locally owned and operated employment agency, has a full-time job opening for a Staffing Coordinator. This position is responsible for recruiting for the hospitality industry and placing people in temporary assignments throughout Sonoma and Napa Counties. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday 9 A.M. To 6 p.M (flexible); great pay and benefits including health insurance, paid vacation and holidays. This is a career opportunity for someone who is seeking for a rewarding customer service oriented position with excellent opportunity for advancement. Spanish speaking is a plus and a BA degree is highly preferred.
Staffing Coordinator responsibilities fall into three major categories - client serviceS, business development and employee relations. Client service duties include placing candidates with diverse companies and meeting with clients to better understand their complex staffing needs. Business development activities include identifying and pursuing new client companies, meeting with current clients to assess additional needs, and marketing candidates or services to new and existing clients. Employee relations include recruiting and screening candidates.
Successful candidates will have a background in service and sales that focuses on results and personal accountability. They will also have experience working as part of a close team to achieve results under tight deadlines. The ability to shift priorities without losing sight of the big picture is also needed.
BA Degree is highly desirable
