Duties include (but are not limited to): Greeting high end guests, answering telephones, handling cash/credit card transactions, maintaining cleanliness of front lobby, book car rentals, schedule hotel reservations, make hotel/restaurant/attraction recommendations in the Napa Valley, and always provide exceptional customer service.
Temp-to-hire opportunity, pay rate is $13-14/hour depending on qualifications and amount of previous experience.
Must have flexible schedule and be able to work Monday-Sunday, any time between 5: 30am-9pm. Will have 2 days off in a row.
Mandatory pre-employment background, DMV, and drug screen.
Must have previous experience in a reputable hotel or professional office setting.
Must be clean cut, no visible tattoos, or piercings (except in ears).
Candidate must have a concierge demeanor and team minded attitude. This is a very professional and fast paced environment, candidates must be proactive, take initiative, and have an upbeat attitude. The expected attire is business professional.
Basic PC skills.
