Our client in Sonoma County is looking for customer service representative to join their paramedic/emergency unit team! This individual will be responsible for preparing paperwork and take incoming calls for patient transports. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and who has a strong phone presence.

This position will be responsible for verifying that all transport information is complete and consistent with call intake data.

JOB DUITES:
-Collects and reviews transport documentation
-Conducts focused reviews of call/incidents generated by the Communications Center
-Validates accuracy of paperwork and ancillary notes
-Supports and upholds established company and departmental policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, and safety
-Take incoming calls for patient transports

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Customer service background (ideal if in medical field)
-High school diploma
-Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
-Ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
-Ability to manage priorities and workflow
-Commitment to excellence, high standards and attention to detail
-Ability to type a minimum of forty words per minute
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs which include Outlook, Excel, and Word

Pay Rate: $15-17/hour
