Combining technology and litigation, the customer service specialist is responsible for providing excellent support to its clients through written responses to questions via email and phone. It is required that the right candidate possess excellent writing, spelling, grammar, typing, phone, communications, and documentation skills. Will be trained as to the software used and information will be provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
-Resolves customers' problems and concerns, primarily by email and phone
-Works with the team to train experienced specialists as 'backups' for customer email correspondence
-Assists with document and presentation creation and editing
-Ensures that all customer emails are responded to promptly
-Conducts online training sessions for customers
-Maintains detailed record of calls, emails, and responses and provides analysis as necessary
-Assist in analyzing and investigating user reported problems
-Log bugs/issues and track their status

REQUIREMENTS:
-High school degree
-Communicates well both verbally and in writing
-Customer focus and building confidence
-Dependable and reliable
-Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry
-Handle customer questions and complaints efficiently
-Call Center experience a huge plus!
Prior office, receptionist, call center experience
Strong communication
Literate and able to multi task
Able to handle a lot of information
