Our client, an industrial company in Solano County, is seeking a couple seasoned administrative employees who are capable of fulfilling a wide array of clerical tasks. The right candidate will support branch administrative functions in the areas of new hire onboarding, employee separations, timesheet processing, purchasing, project billing and collections, document management and retention, and project management and controls support. Generate and send client invoices, and track and follow up on aged accounts. Review, adjust, and submit time cards and project travel expenses such as per diem and travel reports. Support branch purchasing activities as requested by project managers. Performs data entry and filing to support project execution. May perform reception duties such as greeting visitors and answering phones.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 3-4 years of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting required.
Experience with computer systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
