Local construction firm in Sonoma County is looking for a part time office assistant to help in the day to day operations. No commute! Plus you get to work for a local company and be a part of improving our community! The hours are approximately 25 hours a week and there is flexibility with the days/schedule you work.

We are looking for someone with strong office and organization skills.

Working under the direct supervision of the Project Manager at Sonoma construction office. Duties include but not limited to: Answering phones, replying to emails, opening up the mail, scheduling meetings, data entry, create project binders, order office supplies and filing.

We are looking for strong inter-personal and customer service skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Also someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
