We are looking for someone with strong office and organization skills.
Working under the direct supervision of the Project Manager at Sonoma construction office. Duties include but not limited to: Answering phones, replying to emails, opening up the mail, scheduling meetings, data entry, create project binders, order office supplies and filing.
We are looking for strong inter-personal and customer service skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Also someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
