Accounts Payable Associate
Employee will be matching purchase orders and invoices, cutting invoices for customers, and applying payments. Will be responsible for recording invoices and interacting with customers.
This candidate will be detail oriented and able to manage themselves. Will have AP experience and strong communication skills via phone and email. Will be processing vendor payables; completing invoicing/billing for specialized customer programs and billing requirements.
Software used is Label Tracks and JD Edwards. Will be handling accounts for both Sonoma and Portland offices.
Position is full time with a flexible start time.
Will need to have basic knowledge of Excel and be proficient in 10 key
