JOB DUTIES:
-Classifies, collects, sorts, compiles, and posts invoices, warrants, claims, receipts, and other data
-Filing, data entry for AP, and other office duties
-Performs clerical work of average difficulty in keeping financial records
-Recording and checking transactions and preparing financial or statistical statements or reports
-Collects, sorts and posts bills, invoices, warrants, receipts and other data
-Posts, checks, balances and adjusts accounts
-Makes arithmetical calculations and checks various statistical and accounting tables and reports
-Accumulates records and compiles statements
-Collects payments on water bills, business licenses and miscellaneous accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong customer service
-Associates Degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school
-At least six months experience
-Intermediate in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Dress Attire: Business casual
Pay Rate Range: $17-$19/hour
Strong customer service - no arguing and no attitude
Previous government experience is preferred
Has to be reliable (does not like when people call out sick)
