Our client in American Canyon is looking for an account representative to join their team. We are looking for someone that is able to keep all business information organized, be flexible, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

JOB DUTIES:
-Act as one of the first line customer service personnel through phones
-Prepare invoices for customers
-Ability to notice differences in bills/reports and analyze them
-Update monthly customer reports
-Schedule pickup requests for customers
-Bring collection accounts up to date and keep them up to date
-Maintain Accounts Receivable

REQUIREMENTS:
-Print Bills
-Organize by Address
-Bill out on the 10th for all Property Managers (10-20 locations) Brokering /FRG Warehouse
-Bill out the first for Manned and Non Manned (copy)
-Running saved search by AT&T MRP California locations
-Assure PO are current and correct
-Manage vendors to not pay finance charge
-Manage vendors to get all bills electronically
-Managing monthly/weekly/daily missed pickups
-Calling on missed pickups (get credits from haulers when necessary)
-Scheduling pickups
-Data Entry the Vendor bills
-Manage Collections

Preferred Skills:
1. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
2. Customer service experience
3. Financial background such as A/P, A/R and/or purchasing
4. Analytical and detail oriented
5. Computer efficient
6. Ability to adapt and learn quickly
7. Organized
8. Professional phone etiquette
9. Team oriented
